7 Leadership Rules
1. Teammates must understand what they doing.(Assign tasks to them and guide them what to do.)
Trust is very important and by guiding them,you gaining their trust.
2. Work swiftly(See that when procastination happens,people began to do last minute work.)
3. Be responsible(Come back from breaks earlier.A wandering leader causes its people to get stuck.)
4.Encourage ideas(Remember that others have their own ideas to share.)
5. Friends,not workmates(Workmates just do their own work,friends help each other in the work.)
6. Willing to extend helping hand(People may have problems with their work and offering them help encourages them to help you back next time.)
7. Make people architect of their own idea(Spoonfeed the teammates or soloing to do all the work must be avioded.)
