Introduction To FandF

Introduction:
I have been always been troubled about friendship because I myself am not that kind of people who can talk a lot. I am more of the introvert type and of course this series is not written only for
introverts but for all.
I must say this is an uphill climb because there are a total of 16 personality types and everyone has different reading styles. I would of course welcome any suggestions or ideas to improve this series. This is also not an all solution for friendship or for friends and most importantly, I am not picking on anybody. (Especially if I use your name, it does not mean that I am trying to put you down. I am not intentional if I accidentally use your name and the situation seems to be very familiar to you.)
I am not using any reference and please do not tell me that I copied ideas from another book. I hope we will learn together and understand this problem.

IT show 3th
This is my third or fourth visit to the IT show and I must say that It is almost like a high class supermarket. I was looking for a replacement for a new thumbdrive because I lost one recently. To make it worse, it was my parents who bought for me and it is 2GB. My wallet was quite tight recently because playing my facourite sport, pool. Now I have to return almost all my savings to my friends and quite regretted playing it. I went with Jun Shen, Lim Min and Li Qi to go watch all the stuffs.
I was like those kind of people who want to buy but have to money to buy.
I want a new thumbrive, external hard drive and mini SD card. I cannot even afford any of them now. Jun Shen was like the paper collector as he almost have all kinds of computer advertisement paper. Jun Shen was like looking for a external hard drive and also looking around for something to buy.
Li Qi was finding a new camera and Lim Min has nothing to buy. So we were just browsing through here and there. But we faced a “traffic jam” and this time it is not made of cars, but human. People from the left are pushing their way through, so do the people from the right.
In the end, it was like people was pushing one another through and I was the victim. The situation was so bad that my sling bag which is supposed to be on the shoulder was at my wrist. Not that I do not want to get back the bag to the right position but because the bag was like stuck between many people.

For those who prefer stories, I would still post them..For those who are struggling with friend and friendship,there is a category that would help you.I make them simple and easy to be understood.
But now let me stick with stories first,shall we?I am still upset that holidays are ending soon which means that I am heading back to school.
The modules that I am taking are harder and this is now going to be easy months for me..
I am thinking of going out with friends among these holidays but the purse is tight.(Not enough money la..)I have been lying down the bed or playing my psp again..The weather is Singapore is getting colder because of all the rain.
I have a fallout with one of my friend and now to repair broken friendship,it is not an easy thing but must still be done.

W15Q
W15Q!!! The class that I will be in and a so called a new beginning. The block is the same and the modules that I am taking are the same too. This called for a celebration. Yesterday, I received a call from Hui Xin to go to Yishun Stadium for some participation as an audience.
In the end, the people inside there were only six people who are acting because you need to minus one for the cameramen. We are like some patients from IMH because we were pointing to somewhere laughing, anticipating and disappointed.
And that somewhere is empty and there are outsiders watching us. I guess they were curious why are they doing this.(It is for a drama..) Later, Dexter, not my school friend(because I have two dexters) go to Macdonald with Christine, Alvin, Bryan and me.
They went there talking with each other and I am playing my psp again. Soon, we went for pool but this time Alvin left us. It was a good match for them and I realised I am bad at tag team. I won two games because Dexter blast in the black ball unintentionally. That’s all folks..

Memory here and now
When I was looking back at the past,I guess there were precious memories after all.At my primary school,the memories were quite shady.My studies were not good but relationships were very poor both with parents and friends.Maybe because I was too quiet at that time.It was only at Secondary three that the memories were better.
I made good friends like Pei Ni,Jun Shen,Llewelyn,Dexter,Ames and the list still go on.I would not say the relationships were close now because it was a pleasure to meet these people.
At my polytechnic,I would say that it was the same as my primary school where the memories were not that good.It was at the period in my polytechnic where I get to know Colin and understand Danny better.I came to know Yong ern better.

Holidays Ending Soon!!!
One more week and my holidays are over. To be truthful, I am quite reluctant to go back to school. Hard times ahead and I do not really like studying. I may like reading but about studying, I do not really like it. My holidays have been used for more enjoyment of life. When you are in your comfort zone, it is quite hard to pick yourself to do the things you need to do.
I studied a little about C source code which is quite the next year thing. What I should be focusing should be visual basic and it does not look basic to me.
Playing initial d has been a challenging moment because I am not really good at racing games. But after watching someone played, I think I got the hang out of it. People spent their holidays with their friends and for me, the word “friend” does not come out often.(Means that I am sticking at home, not going out with anybody.)

Music To My Ears?
While I am on the way home,someone sang Jay Chou's song very loudly..(Ting Ma Ma de something..because my hanyin pinyin is pretty bad..)I was like sian diao(which means frustrated) because the voice is not so good..Of all the times he want to sing,he choose to sing in the night..Pls dun sing like tat because it does not make music to the ears..I am very glad for today because after watching someone playing Initial D Street Stage,I am able to play better only that my timing to drift need to improve..
I studied about C source and I am able to survive for some time..(Praise God!!!)That is about it..

Studying is hard
Looks like the easier said than done is really true now..I have four sets of Korea drama series and you can tell that it is going to be a good distraction especially when you are studying..Moreover,the subjects that I am studying are not the subjects I like but vice versa..Ok..I faced the facts that Maths is important and it is used in the enterprise world..But this cannot denies the fact that Maths is really boring to me,maybe not to you.Programming is another subject but this time it is not a hate relationship..
Rather that,it can be quite dry to me because you are basically playing with computing logic and it is always linked to Maths..I would say Jiayou(Cheers) for myself to start studying..

The End Of Korea Dramas
Watched finished the 19 years old Juhua liao..(Channel U, 7.00 o clock)It is a really nice show which has a total of 167 episodes and the story is really touching..Now my eldest brother wanted to play Initial D Street Stage with me..(At least I can play with someone that is not so good at it.)I still using Trueno AE86 which is a really challenging car to play..
Loses more speed than other cars but its acceleration and top speed are good..I think I would just play a little bit though I am quite bad at this..
But now I seriously think I need to study now..Because I am very bad at Maths and computing..If left unnoticed,I going to fail very badly..

Sick at holidays
I have been suffering from serious blocked nose..And now I have a little headache when concentrating..Looks like I had to rest and sleep more..I have been quite bored now..I have nothing to do at home and I am like wasting my time..
I have been playing my psp and the game I have been playing is none other than Winning eleven 2008..
I have tried to put all the very good players in the team..But the downside is that some people may not want to play with a team that is so good..(Anyway I am not that good with soccer game.)

Danny and Chong Yi
Yesterday both of my parents are at home..As a good boy, I so called take my laptop and study my maths..Just a little while,Danny msned me asking me to go to the library..He is still a little boy still countdowned asking me to go to the library and I was busily playing my psp..And I stopped and had to so called rushed everything and eat instant noodles for lunch..Reaching there,I searched him high and low,and behold,I could not find him..
The first msg I sent him is Which level are you?He told me level three..But I still could not find him so the second msg was" Where exactly are you?"
Instantly,he called and told me that he is near the counter and where the catalog is..I found him with Chong Yi..Chong Yi have 10 weeks of holidays and I was sighing..(because I have 3 weeks.)Poor me and Danny were studying hard..
Looks like we both found it hard to study in the library because there was not tables enough to seat three of us..Chong Yi was watching anime and I was struggling to try to study..Danny was simply studying but is very bored..
Tried to play games or surf websites to kill the time because it was not easy to study there without a proper table..Went to long john sliver for dinner and we were chatting here and there..So that is about it for today..

Holidays No Break
Looks like I might not be able to enjoy the holidays if I want to score well in my modules..One of my biggest headaches has been computing and maths..Computing itself is getting harder and I have never liked maths before..
Now,the maths I studying is not E maths, but A maths which is supposed to be harder..I have been trying to find partners to study or even friends as tutors..But currently,everyone is studying for their examinations and those who are free is not willing to study together..
Currently,my parents bought a new Sony high five set and I have not been quite happy with these..Whatever the case,I think that I should start studying now and played psp lesser..

Exams and all
School can be boring..But I think that nothing to do at home can be even worse..I have been watching dramas which are not of my type because I rarely watched television shows..Even with a plasma tv, I still rarely touched the remote control.
The good thing is,people are studying for their final exams in their polys but I still do not know that the same thing would happen to the jc students..
My advice is:
Start studying now, not later
Ask help from friends who are better than you
Sleep early(Have enough rest)
If you study better in groups,go ahead and study in groups.But if you are that kind who shun the conversation in the group because it distracted you,then go ahead study with a kind enough individual who is willing to study with you..
Why not study alone?If you are good at the subject,go on study..But study together identify problem you dun know in the past..

One day at home without going to school is refreshing but a little boring. Maybe I enjoy rational arguments in Republic Poly as I always seek to understand better. My mother’s friend lent my mother a whole series of “19 years old Juhua” in Chinese but in fact, it is a Korea drama show. I never watch television often and I do not watch the news either. How I watched this show is while I was eating dinner I guess and this show was on the television. Slowly and surely, I watched this show if I have time to watch.
Normally, I would be playing my psp or something. The fact that I watched this show is like watching a true life story. Normally, I watched all the dramas and normally I am not impressed at all. It is also a touching story but dun ask me that if I cried or not..Haha..
One disc consists of more than 15 episodes and minus all the interval in the television. It should be around 45 minutes. Another series I watched besides these would be Gundam Seed and Gundam Seed Destiny. So tat about it today..Thanks for reading..

Friends Now and Then
Yesterday was the day when I "visited" three secondary school friends..Met Colin at Republic Poly, at the place I always eat..(Koufu)So long wanted to meet him but he always said that he is busy.I guess that people are smart are used more often ba.That fellow sure knows when to ask for a treat and of course kind old me just cannot reject his wishes to have a drink..I ask him wat drink he dun like he says green tea..(But I do not know if it is real or not..)
We walked around and sat at a place near W2 and he played his favorite racing game,Initial D Street Stage..(Now you know who is responsible for me playing this game...Haha.)Wow,he said he played for 2 years and his skill in the game does not lies ba..So pro la..(But I like the game too)
At night,I went to OCC with my two long time no see but good friends,Jun Shen and Dexter.Though my skills in pool do not deteriorate that badly,but I lose quite a few rounds.Everyone has not played pool for a long time and we hit in the balls to the hole in a longer time..I was crapping for the whole time though and this is one of few times I am thirsty..That is about it..

Racing review
I have been slacking throughout the weekends doing nothing productive. Besides eating and sleeping(of course), I have been playing my psp. Lately, there are not much of games to play. Then, a friend of mine, Colin introduced me to play some racing game called Initial D. I have played several racing games myself. The list is:
Outrun 2007 or 2008
Juiced 2
Need For Speed-Own The City
The graphic of Outrun is good but there is no storyline. The challenges there are not quite interesting to me.(Burst Balloons, pass over cars without hitting them) It is a big map with places scattered around and you are looking at the old things normally.
Need for speed’s story is ok and the fun parts are that you can call drivers to do some nice stuff like putting spikes or increasing your speed. The game is relatively too easy at the start but at the end, it is harder. By the time, you played that long. You are sick of its game play. For people who hate drifting, this is for you.
Juiced 2 is good because you feels like you are inside the game. No story again but challenges are relatively fun.(Eliminator, Drifting and one kind of race that if you win, you can get that someone’s car. If you lose, it is the other way round.)
Initial D Street Stage is the hardest compared to all the racing games down here and it is sensitive to the little movements you make in the psp. Just 1.5 seconds of holding the right movement pad would results you in hitting the wall. It also demands a high level of concentration because just hitting the wall once or twice would normally results you losing to the AI. Though there is a story, I cannot tell you how good the story because I do not learn Jap.

Last lesson
My last lesson with one of my favorite facilitator,Mr Alvin Tay is about learning.(Cognitive lesson today)Personal comment:If learning is important,why do we not learn?I think we need to explore our purpose of learning?Are we learning because we need to?
I have nothing much to do so I have been viewing people's blog here and there..It can be very tiring to watch all the blogs but it is quite interesting to read..I think I like blogging..
For now,I have been studying about computer security and social science..I dun know shd I study about psychology because there are some parts that I dun like..The study of the brain is very dry and long..
I have been feeling to play back the sport that I have been missing for a long time..But sadly asthma stands in the way..Anyway the sports is soccer..Looks like everybody has their break from projects..Have a happy holiday..

Doing two posts for today to replace yesterday..(My connection was not so good at home.) Got my plasma television and is very big compared to my old one. The screen is of course larger but I dun really like the graphics. Its lighting is not so good because one is too dark and the other too bright.
The worst thing is that I dun mind mingling my laptop by changing its logon screen.
But I not going to touch the television because I dun want to do some configurations and get scolded for it.
Like I said, I dun watch television quite much and I only interested in Channelnewsasia, Discovery Channel and StarSport. Two of these are not available for me because my parents did not apply for it.
But the chances of one is getting higher because the plasma television is here (We are not rich, you know) I dun really care of having one as I am quite satisfied with what I have now. A good laptop and a good health (I have asthma, you know?)

Social Science
I have been studying a little bit about network security and I think I liked this subject too. I rarely stay interested in a subject or topic for a long time. But social science still amazes me and network security looks fun to pursue. I saw a total of 12-14 electives in my course which is Business Computing, but now called some fancy names. One that caught my attention is Enterprise Java, Human Resource Management, Open Source System and Mainframe Computing.
Java is fun to me but it is very exhausting to write a lengthy script.
I did a little of J2ME which is part of Java and the final product is encouraging. Human Resource Management was my dream job last time but now my interest for it was deteriorating.
Open source systems and mainframe computing is about Windows and Linux, though I tot at first open source talks about creating your own open source programs. Mainframe computing is more like system administration which I dun really like because it is more of routine work.
Network security is the course that made me jump for joy because I really study more about it.
Hacking is already quite interesting but I think that it is going to talk about tcp/ip which is quite long and dry. I think I need to do some homework to research on such stuffs.

Drawing by me
Today is the day I got my plasma television..But I not that excited because I rarely touched the remote control..(If you dun understand..I mean I dun watch television quite often..) I think I realized one of my future degree I am going to study.. It is social science..I think I really liked this subject..I have debating between myself over the issues of social science..
Like why is the behavior like this and why is the structures in relationships..I like counseling friends alike.(I also need the counsel of people too.)
Personality has never stop to amaze me that people can behave in such ways..One of the in depth study I took was of one of the psychologist Carl Jung..I learned many others like Johari Windows and some others else..
I also like Chemistry..Though my current facilitator talks like one of the professors (his knowledge is really good) and makes me throw stones at the subject, I still quite amazed at it like I now know there are three types of forces: Van deer Waals’ force, dipole dipole and hydrogen bonding.
I would welcome any suggestions or tips to improve this blog..I have requests of more pictures and I found it a hassle to quote the link..I think I am going to do this soon because I myself feel a little guilty..

Plasma Tv
Just one more week to change class and two more weeks to school holidays..For the school holidays, I felt happy because I can relax for 3 weeks in the polytechnic and that is a long deserved break..I guess that most people are waiting for the holidays, both students and facilitators. My parents have decided to buy a LG plasma television 42 inches and the price is also not that cheap. At first, they wanted buy Sony but the sale person said that Sony can be made in other countries, not Japan.
Actually I did not want to go for enterprise lesson because I missed quite a little compared to other modules. I was talking to Yong ern and get to understand each other better. The conversation was quite long but it was good in the end.
